Every year, I look forward to the creamy, smooth, minty deliciousness of the Shamrock Shake. But it’s basically just a cup full of chemicals…whomp!
So this year, I decided to make a version that swaps synthetic ingredients for (mostly) natural, healthy ones! I’ve created a version of the Shamrock Shake that delivers on flavor AND nutrient content!

1 cup ice
1 can coconut milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 scoops collagen peptide powder
1 avocado, scooped out of the shell
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or 1 cup frozen spinach)
Fresh mint to taste
Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Add mint gradually, tasting until you achieve that perfect subtle, creamy, minty flavor. If it tastes like toothpaste, you’ve added too much!
